National Day of Prayer

The Tillamook County Commissioners unanimously joined the nation in making April 24, 2024 a Day of Prayer in Tillamook County. Tillamook County has held this tradition of annually seeking God in praise, worship, repentance and prayer for not only our county, but the state and nation since 1988. This year, we will again honor and seek God for divine help for our nation in recovery. This coincides with the National Day of Prayer which was set into law in 1750. President Harry Truman set National Day of Prayer as an annual event for people of faith and President Ronald Reagan established it on the first Thursday in May. We invite the public to participate in a one hour program led by pastors and prayer leaders from Tillamook County

NDOP 2025 WILL BE HELD ON MAY 1st, 2025 on the Tillamook County Courthouse lawn around the flagpole.
