Tillamook County-Wide

Prayer Team

To bring glory to God in a unified effort, by corporately worshiping Jesus Christ through song and worship dance and facilitating prayer for personal, local, national and international issues which impact the local churches and community.

What is the TCWPT?

The Tillamook County Wide Prayer Team was established as a Multi-church grass roots prayer movement in 1997, with monthly meetings which were a collaborative effort to bring focused prayer for our communities. It is under the 501c3 of Living Water Fellowship for a non-profit connection. Our purpose is to pray for the things that impact our churches, cities, county, state, nation and world. We encourage all church participation in their own style of worship and prayer.

Prayer At The Heart Comes To Tillamook

On September 16th PATH (Prayer at the Heart) will have a one day event at the big tent at the Port of Garibaldi from 1pm-830pm. Tillamook County residents will gather in Garibaldi for a vibrant day of encouragement, live music, prayer, and inspirational speaking. You will also have the opportunity to learn about all the amazing community resources offered through area churches and other organizations as well. Some of the resources include programs for food, shelter, addiction, writer’s group, single mom’s, Veteran’s resources, local dining rooms for people who need a meal, hiking groups, physical fitness, and so much more! We will have pastors from area churches available to meet, greet, and ask questions. The expo part of the day goes from 1pm-630pm. At 630pm we will have an evening service with live worship music, a message for teenagers about identity by pastor Mark Laymon followed by a message for everyone that should encourage all who are seeking God by pastor Justin McMahan. For more information see Tillamook County Wide Prayer Facebook.

TILLAMOOK COUNTY GLOBAL DAY OF PRAYER

Tillamook County churches will join with countless nations around the world to pray for one another. The Tillamook County Churches have done this event since 2006, every year (except 2020 due to COVID), as one of the worship and prayer highlights of the year. We join Tillamook County church worship teams into one powerful group to invite the glory of the Lord! Reflections of His Glory Worship Dance Team will join us in worship! And we bring the Pastors and Prayer Leaders together to make a united prayer to touch the people here and around the world. Congregations are invited to come together to help pray for the nations of the world.

The Tillamook County Wide Prayer Team serves to encourage unity in the Body of Christ, bring blessings to our communities, state, nation and world. We believe that together as we stand in the power of agreement, we will see the hand of our loving Father move over the nations. We, in our little communities have IMPACT! Each participant, each person who agrees in prayer makes a difference. If one puts a thousand to flight, and two 10,000… what would happen if we had 300 people praying in agreement? We have the capacity to demonstrate to the world, our love for Jesus and for one another and in that, the world will see Jesus!

Join us: Pentecost Sunday, May 28th. Worship starts at 6 pm. Come early for a good seat!
