50 Days of Prayer

Day 17 – Our Tillamook Co. Offices

April 12, 2016

1 Timothy 2:1-2  This is the day which the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it. Save now, I pray, O Lord; O Lord I pray, send now prosperity!

Psalm 118:24,25 NKJV  “I urge, then first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone, for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.”

PRAYER:  Lord, we lift up those who are in positions of authority throughout this County, and all those who come alongside to provide for the day-to-day needs of our people. We pray blessing, strength and divine guidance for them. Give them ears to hear Your Holy Spirit guiding them into all truth. Give them great ideas and ability to lead our people. Help us as a people to express our gratitude and encouragement for their
service.

• Thank the Lord for our public servants and for their families who support them
• Pray for wisdom, discernment, health, protection and strength.
• Give them courage to stand for righteousness.
• We pray for resources and finances to meet every true need
  • Tillamook Co. Commissioners, Tim Josi, Mark Labhart and Bill Bartlein and their families and staff, and in this election year, for those who would fill their position.
  • Tillamook Co. Clerk, Tassie O’Neal, and her staff
  • Tillamook Co. Treasurer, Deborah Clark, and staff
  • Tillamook Co. Assessor, Denise Vandecoevering, and staff
  • Tillamook Co. District Attorney, Bill Porter, and staff
  • Tillamook Co. Sheriff, Andy Long, and staff (Covers the jail, patrol, forest and marine deputies, parole and probation)
  • Tillamook Co. Surveyor, Dan McNutt and staff
  • Other Tillamook Co. Departments, Emergency Management, the Library System, Commission on Children and Families,
  • Victim Assistance, Planning Dept., Veteran’s Services, the Road Department, etc.
